We still have a few tables left for our Quiz Night on Friday 22nd February at Strathaven Golf Club. Tickets are selling fast!!
Tickets are £10 each (max of 5 per table) and price includes a ‘basket’ supper.
We are also looking for donations for our Raffle and Bottle Tombola. We have donations at the moment from local businesses – Strathaven Golf Club, Strathaven Hotel, Taal and Taylors plus many more prizes. Donations can be handed in to The Common Greenery or passed to any committee member.
You can visit our stall tonight at the last of our school fairs. We will be selling our Xmas cards with photographs by four local photographers. Packs of 8 cards ( 2 each of 4 designs) will be on sale for £3. We will also have promotional mugs, coasters, keyrings etc with the ‘I love Strathaven’ logo as well as various Xmas items on sale with the youngsters in mind. All proceeds go towards supporting our petition ‘Strathaven deserves its own museum’.

Our Xmas cards have been very popular. They are all by local photographers and are all views of Strathaven. This year’s photographers are Angel Smith, Fiona Mackay, Anna McCann and Bob Wellcoat.
We also have branded merchandise featuring the I love Strathaven logo – mugs, coasters, keyrings, postcards, note books etc. Great Xmas presents!
We have a game for the kids, Xmas stickers, pencils etc as well as Xmas tea-towels for only £1.50! Another great Xmas present!
Just a reminder that you can still support the Trust by signing our petition ‘Strathaven deserves its own Museum’. These are available in a number of businesses around the town. We also have collection cans in a number of shops and thank everyone who has so far donated. We greatly appreciate your support.
We will also be attending a number of school Xmas fayres during November and December where you can sign our petition, donate what you can in our collection cans and you can also purchase our promotional items – which make great Xmas presents!! We hope to see you at the following schools:
