During September and October 2019, SJHMT, in conjunction with the Strathaven Business Association and Slate Production undertook a series of filming sessions to capture the memories of Strathaven folk old and young.
This was hopefully the first in a series of filming sessions to create an archive of memories.
This culminated in an event in Strathaven Hotel attended by over 100 people when the finished film, ‘Tales of Strathaven Folk’ was shown.
